Easy run with hill sprints added in during the run. It was bitter cold out today and it started to get to me at the end, which reminds me that I need to get a face mask. We did a weird route where we looped around a path to the bridge, then turned back and went down 248th to hit 30 minutes by the time we got to the bridge. We did 6 hill sprints and I went a little slow on them because of my hip. We hit 45:00 exactly by the time we got back so a pretty solid run. After the run, we did hip routine which felt pretty good on my hips.
