One mile race at homewood flossmoor. Again, pretty disappointed in my performance. The last two races, I've finished feeling like I could've given more, but I just never seem to realize it during the race to push harder. I still think that I have the fitness to go under 5:00 currently, but I really need to reevaluate my racing strategy in order to get there. I think that if I can find out what I'm doing wrong in these races, then I'll be able to get under 5:00 in the next meet. I'm not too angry about this though, because I'm still learning how to race well and it's early in the season, so there's still lots of time to get faster.
