Long run with the team at drp. Was expecting this to go poorly since I got like 4 hours of sleep, but to my surprise I felt amazing. Went out with the juniors at 6:45ish and stayed with the top group. On the way back, I was feeling good and did the steady at 6:20 with Blake and Nick. This started to get pretty tough but we held the pace. For the last 10 minutes, T pace was about 5:50 which got really hard but I was able to hold the pace and stayed just behind Blake. Really happy with how this went, it felt like one of my best workouts.
