Did the first 45 minutes with the seniors at about 6:50. Went into this really unprepared since I didn't have much water and I had very little sleep. I surprisingly felt really good aerobically and didn't struggle too much on the first half. My legs really started to feel it on the steady and I had to stay around that pace for the rest of the run. Had to stop a few times because my legs just had nothing left. Was able to get down to 6:20ish for the end. Not a great pickup but I think the run went well because being able to hold that pace on a day I didn't feel great shows that I'm in a pretty good spot for this point in the season
