Hip still wasn't feeling good so I tried to bike, but that was also hurting my hip. I decided to try swimming to get at least a little exercise in today. I found swimming pretty difficult for me since I almost never do it. I think my hip will feel much better with a day off of running. Really frustrated that I tried running on Friday or else I probably would have felt good enough to get today's run in.
