Wow!! The weather was great for July! Even though it was more humid than it was supposed to be (70%) the temps were great which made my run pretty good. We basically ran the first 8 miles of the LR marathon, so that meant 8 miles of rolling hills. It's the first time I've run hills for more than 3 miles in a long time. I created a Long/Hills catagory so I can see how often I run distace and hills.
