I was calling these runs tempo runs but since this seems to by my pace now, I won't call them that now. My legs were tired from my 14 on Saturday. My left gluteus muslce started to tighten at mile 2. I've never had that happen. Then at the end my left lower leg started to tighten. That hasn't happened in weeks. I hope thats not going to come back.
