Notes
The first few miles weren't that bad but the heat and humidity just got to us. It was in the low 80's at 5:30 when we started with 90% humidity. It was so humid there was haze in the air. Once the sun came up... that was it. The last 2 miles were in the sun and it was in the upper 80's. It just took it out of us. I guess this is training us if the Chicago marathon is as hot as it's been the past few years!
