I ran the first 3 miles of this with Ricky. I had problems with my left quad muscle... it hurt during the beginning and in the end of this run. Plus, my shin hurt some during this run. Not good. I felt great in the middle and rolled off 2 fast miles. But that was stupid and I paid for it in the end. I can tell i'm not running during the week. The wind was brutal at 10 mph.
