I was mad at my body for how slow I had to run Sunday so I had to prove to myself that I could run a 9 minute mile.. I did it. It actually wasn't that hard but I know I could not have continued it for much longer. Mainly because my right hamstring and butt muscle were tight. I guess I'm still recovering from Sunday. My right ankle gave me problems at first but went away really fast. Now that i'm done it's hurting a little.
