my garmin didn't work the first mile... we did that mile in 9:00. This race didn't go well. it was cold, cloudy, and windy. at mile 7.3 I had to start walking and I had to walk every mile after that. My injury on my shin hurt and it moved up my leg to my quad and hip. I was running on an injury so I wasn't trained for this race. Ricky ran the whole way with me. It made it easier since he was there. Now I rest for 6 weeks.
