wow. i cannot believe this run that's 4 good runs in a row at a very good pace. there's no way i could've done this for 26.2. i was getting tired in mile 7. I almost wish one of my runs this week would have been bad. i'm afraid my bad run is going to come next week during the race. i hope not!! as promise, the cold weather is here.... 28 degrees was a bit much at first but then I got used to it. i really think i run better in the cold like this. but heck, it was 70 this week and i ran well too... but it was harder to do it at 70.
