I started by telling myself I was going to run slower.... and I thought i was until I looked at my watch at mile 2. It was very comfortable for me, however. Monday and Tuesday of this week my legs were so tired from the Saturday hills that I guess it made it that much harder.

I woke up yesterday on my day off and had shin pain. But I didn't have any today.
