something must have been wrong with my garmin at first because there's no way we ran a 12:1w first mile. We ran the first 2 miles up Kavanaugh. First time i've run that route in years because of injury. It went pretty good. Even though it was 78 there was a breeze and it actully felt "cool." It was probably the wind on all the sweat because the humidity was at 95%. Ran first 4 with RIcky. Last 4 were faster. I didn't have to walk... good run!
