Notes
This run went VERY well. I kept having to tell myself to slow down. I looked down twice and I was running an 8:10 mile. If I had not slowed down a few times I would have done under a 9:00 mile. Last week my hill run was really good too. But this is the best weekly run I've had in weeks and weeks. I cannot continue to run this fast, I'll have to slow down to prevent injury, but it felt good to do it and not feel like I was pushing.
