Notes
This run went really well. It was perfect until mile 4 when it started raining. Then at mile 10 came a downpour and my shoes filled with water and rain was running off the bill of my running cap. Despite the monsoon. I was very proud of my time. I hope it goes that well in three weeks for the race! I had no problems except my legs got tired at about mile 9.5 becauase of the hills.
