Moderate - I ran with Mike today and we picked up the pace a bit. This was a make shift tempo effort, but not as strict as my usual 4 mile tempo runs. Miles 5 and 6 were into a head wind (15 MPH). We took a water break after 3, and another minute rest after 5 and a half.
