Long - 13 Miles - A new milestone today. This run felt good. I kept the pace very steady and a little faster than I was actually trying to do. I picked it up on the last mile, but only because I was ready to be home. This run eclipses my previous long of 12.06 on 10/16/2008.
I just realized I passed another milestone today. 176.9 Miles and counting this month which surpasses the mark of 176.6 Miles set last month.
Two milestones in one day! This is definitely a good day.
