Easy - 8 Miles - I ran the first half a little fast and got a little out of my comfort level, but I slowed during the second 4 miles and by the finish my legs felt fresh.
I am very pleased to have met one of my goals with my first 50 mile week. Best of all, my body feels great at the moment and I have been able to get through all nagging pains up to this point. I hope to continue the steady buildup until I am able to maintain consecutive 50 mile weeks.
