Easy 8 Miles; Really good run today; I had Bere with me on the bike but it was alot better than last Saturday's effort. We got rained on for about the 4 miles through the run. I think we were lucky as there was a strong tailwind on mile 2 but the wind died down before mile 7 on the way back. Runners trots acting up for the last 1.5 miles but I managed to make it without having to stop and walk.
