Notes
I broke this run into 3 segments, I stopped at the house between each segment. The plan was to run all 3 outside, but I felt nauseous after 2 so I decided to play it safe and run the thrid on the treadmill. The treadmill portion felt pretty easy at 8:00 mile pace.
Segment 1 - 2.25 Miles
Segment 2 - 2.5 Miles
Segment 3 - 2.25 Miles (Treadmill)
