Intervals - 3X1600M (6:15, 6:14, 6:11); 1X800M (2:59); Good workout today. I have seen some good improvement from the workout last Sunday. I dropped my average pace over the intervals and the total workout felt easier than the last. I don't know how much of it was temperature related (drop from 80 to 62), but overall I felt very good about this effort.
