Intervals - 8X400m with 200m jog recovery; Target pace (1:25 to 1:29); 400m walking rest; 2X200m with 200 jog recovery; Target Pace (37 to 40)
First speed workout of the season. It felt good. Initially, I had targeted 8 to 10, but I felt good to come out with 8 within target pace range. I plan to start working these speed efforts in once a week until the end of the season.
I averaged 5:46/Mile on the 400m intervals and 8:43/Mile on the recoveries.
