Interval - Goal: 5 X (2 X 200m with 200m jog recovery, 1 X 400m with 400m jog recovery)

This was a bit tough. I haven't ran at these paces since early last Spring and I definitely felt it. I finshed 3 full sets and 1 partial set with the 2 200m runs but leaving off the 400m run.
