Hills - 1 Mile warm up (1% incline) followed by 5 x 3 minutes at 10-K pace and 4% incline, with three-minute jog recoveries. I cut the last hill short with just enough to meet 4.5 miles. My body is a little beat up right now and I felt like I was pushing my luck a bit. I probably could have done 6 full intervals and still felt comfortable. I am looking forward to ending this building and level out at 60 MPW. I hope to give my body a chance to catch up with my heart.
