Notes

Easy warmup and cooldown. I was originally going to do a 3 mile tempo, 3 X 400m with 400m jog recoveries, and 2 X 1 mile tempo with 1 minute rest. After the tempo, I felt some tightness/pain in my left calf. I kind of limped through the first 400m so I decided to just cool down and call it a day.
