Notes
Long 11 mile run; Hard run today and I kind of struggled through the last 2 miles. It was windy (20 MPH) and raining, but I had Berenice on her bike to keep me company. Mile 1 and 11 times felt off which I attribute to running under the 90 bridge. I adjusted these times somewhat to where I can best estimate.
I am very much looking forward to my scheduled day off tomorrow. I may do an easy mile recovery to loosen up my legs depending on how I feel tomorrow.
