Tempo 5 Miles: 1 Mile Easy, 3 Miles Tempo, 1 Mile Easy; Good run and the first time I have run a non-stop effort with tempo in the middle. This happens to be the 2nd fastest 5 mile run I have ever logged after a 33:42 time set on 10/14/2005.
