Easy 6 Miles - This one was a little tough as I recover from yesterday's tempo run. (It may also have been the few extra drinks I consumed last night). It felt like I was running way too slow but looks like this is one of my faster 6 mile efforts as of late. I have 9 easy tomorrow and I will try to hold myself up a little bit more.
