1 Mile Easy, 4 Miles Tempo, 1.5 Miles Easy: Continuous effort
Tempo Range (6:35 to 6:52) This one was a little rough today, but I managed through it. After about a mile, I was thinking that I might only go about 2 or 3 miles at tempo. In the end, I managed to hang on for the whole wind. The wind was a bitch too (11 MPH). After the last tempo mile, I slowed to a very slow run somewhere in between recovery jog and easy. Slowly, my legs regained their strength and I started to get back into a comfortable easy run. I am glad this one is over with and I am going to make tomorrow very very easy.
