Tempo Run - 4 Miles, Great run today. I based my pace somewhat on last weeks failed 4 mile tempo run. Last week I went out in 6:37 and 6:37 for miles 1 and 2. This time, I was able to keep the times closer to 6:45 which was my target pace. I had to slow myself down a few times and it felt hard but comfortable. I picked it up a little during the last mile but kept it within tempo range.
New 4 Mile PR besting the time I set in the Chili Chase 4-Mile run early this year.
