Long - 12.25 Miles - This run went very well. I run each mile a little bit faster over the last 5 even though I was not trying to. The 7 minute 12th mile came as a surprise. I take this as a very good sign about my current shape. I battled the wind (18 MPH) for part of this run, but mostly in the first half. I felt the wind giving me some help over the last few miles.
