Interval - Goal: 10 X 400m with 400m recovery jog (1% incline)

This is my second interval session of the season and I felt like it went alot better than last week's attempt.

Although I had a goal of 10, I knew going in this was only a best case scenario goal. I ended up with 6 X 400m and 3 X 200m. All and all a good effort and I should feel better this week to throw in another quality working with some tempo pace running.
