Tempo - Kind of burnt out on this one. For some reason, I thought it was cooler than it actually was. Turns out the temp was at 72 which I am pretty sure my body is not quite ready for. This was suppose to be a 4 mile non-stop tempo run. I broke it down into tempo intervals to get through it:
2 Miles Tempo, 2 Minute rest, 1 Mile Tempo, 1:30 minute rest, 1/2 mile Tempo, 1:00 minute rest, 1/2 mile Tempo
