Easy 7 Miles - The run wasn't too bad except for the wind (13 MPH) and the constant raining. I was very water-logged by the end of the run. I had to hit the bathroom once during the run; I am getting paid back for last nights drinking. I am going to try to keep my binging to only the weekends.
