Easy - 7 Miles - This run felt good and felt almost no pain. I am really focusing on my form by concentrating on short stride length, rapid cadence, and kicking my feet up behind me. I can tell that my hips and hamstrings from not running properly. I measured my cadence twice during the run and came in at 90 and 91.
