Easy - 6 Miles - 1% incline - Left knee continues to feel good. I had some pain in the left knee (runner's knee) which I am blaming on the stregthening exercises I am doing. I am not so concerned with that pain and I plan to ice it. Pain contines in hips which I believe is just tightness, most likely also due to the new strengthening. On a positive note, my legs feel more stable. The stretching is also good.
