ABC's + Trail Monster Running's 10k race. Good stuff! Well organized, good course markings, and Beer afterwards with good company! Love how ABC's owner was mingling and hanging out with us post race!
First mile basically downhill, just hammered it out. second mile pretty flat, third mile to the turnaround was uphill the whole way, or at least it felt like that. Just made it burn, but boy was it slow! work to do on those hills! Out and back. Dodging runners, jumping in puddles and cheering folks on. Once past Union River (final mile) then work began (Tannery Terror!). damn, didn't walk though!
