An excellent led off let of the 4x800 I got boxed in at the start for the first 100 Meters. By that time i was in 6th or something. SO i went on the outside lanes, kept on cruising and finally passed everyone by the 250 mark and i was bye myself the rest of the way. Got a goo 50 Meter lead i think for TJ, you looked exeptional today, but he was sick so his time was A+. Alex ran his hear out eventhough he isn't very fast, he works hard and he did great today. Will brought us back into first in our heat, but failed to hold the last 100 M. Either way everyone did a great job and we ran about 9:44, the same as last Meet. Good end to Indoor 09. Now time to perpare for outdoor!
