Notes
Ran very well tonight - legs felt really strong and relaxed. I started pushing it around the mile marker when I realisied I might have something special tonight. Breathing was a little ragged starting nead the fist hill, but it was good for me to work through this. I continued to push through some difficult sports near mile 2 and then really tried to turn it up a notch in mile 3 coming downhill towards home. I didn't record splits, but mile 1 was (I think) around 10 mins. Hopefully I'll recover well for tomorrow.
