Attempted the 4-3-2-1 workout. Was expecting a lot better weather than I got. Ended up getting really dehydrated.

Splits were:

3 miles in 23:18 - 7:46 pace

2 miles in 15:48 - 7:56 pace

1 mile in 7:49.
