Temp and DP 45. Ran out and back towards Haines with Sharon, new girls Alex and Kate, Tisha, Lili, and Stephen. Sharon and I picked it up a bit at the end - I'm still stiff, but felt looser after that run, so I think this was ultimately a good thing.
