Hot Chocolate "15"K (not really). Temp of 37. Ran as a tempo, and felt good. Race delayed an hour, so started cold and went out very slow as a result.
3 puffs of inhaler at 7:30, then another 2 at 8:45. Pepto at 7:00 am. Took a gel at the 7 mile mark, and water at the halfway point for the practice.
Course definitely not accurate.
Wore tank top and gloves+handsocks, and felt comfortable.
