Temp 63, DP 61, wind of 8 MPH from SW.
After fartlek warm-up, did 3x1.5 miles at tempo effort with 30 seconds jogging between. Split 10:25, 10:21, and 10:13 for paces of 6:57, 6:54, and 6:49. So making some progress. Full recovery, and then did 2x"200m", which I suspect was long, in 48 seconds each.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, vanilla and Smores Gus - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
Left-right balance pretty good. Made point of leaning forward, and that helped a lot.
