Temp 72, DP 68. wind supposedly from south at 12 MPH, but I didn't really notice it.
Did three sets of 1200, 800, 400 - splits were 5:15, 3:25, 1:42; 5:03, 3:20, 1:39; and 4:59, 3:16, 95. Recoveries of 2:4x-2:5x after 1200s and 800s, 1:3x recovery after 400s. Had to do some of the early reps in lane 3 due to track traffic.
L/R balance at 48.8/51.2
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate Clif gel and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus two puffs of rescue.
Wore arm coolers and they helped.
Took half-tablet of Artane before.
