Temp 73, DP 71. Ran down Glebe to Pershing to George Mason, which I took to the W&OD. Took the W&OD down to Shirlington, where I picked up 4 mile Run and took that back to Bluemont. 4 Mile Run was very hilly between Barcroft and Bluemont - enough that I can't call it an easy run.
From there, took Bluemont trail to Wilson to Golds, where I did injury prevention work before heading over to the pool
