Notes

At Wakefield. Did a warm-up set of 3x150/100/50 on 2:00, then went into a series of 200s and descending. Started on 4:00 base for 200, and then took 10 seconds off with each interval. When I could no longer make the interval, I cut the distance by 25 yards. Ended up swimming 3x200 (on 4:00, 3:50, 3:40), 2x175 (on 3:30, 3:15), 2x150 (on 3:00, 2:50), 2x125 (on 2:30, 2:20) and then a 100 to finish off. Was aiming for a moderately hard effort (hopefully kinda like marathon effort) ended up holding a 1:48 per 100 yards average over the entire 1600 yards.
