Felt pretty good for the most part, except that humidity made it tough, breathing wise. Just focused on staying relaxed and controlled and not straining, and it worked well. Workout was 800m, 2x1600m, 800m (half recoveries) - splits were 3:00, 6:09, 6:06, and 2:53. Did cool-down on Custis and then Bluemont Junction, which ended up being longer than I anticipated.
