At WL. Started with 2x200+150/100/50 on 2:00 (miscounted, hence the extra 200), then did extended ST default set 2x(kick, catch-up, one-armed, 100 3/2 breathing)+kick. Finished by alternating 50 catch-up and 50 paddles/ buoy.
