Temp 76, DP 73. Met Sharon at Down Dog and ran down Rock Creek to Memorial Bridge and then to MV trail, which we took to Roosevelt Island for a loop before crossing back into DC. Then ran down M st to NH, and took NH to Penn to M.
No hope of keeping HR low - too humid.
